Hi
just broke my last one .. handle snapped completly off which really ricked my back.
Complete` coad of lrap' called `Pro Cycle the inner pressure tube was made of paper thin aluminium

Trouble is there is no LBS near to me to go check them out.I've looked online but they all look so plasticky to me

Can anyone recommend one that has a wooden handle and steel plunger like the good old ones used to be rather than these rubbish plastic ones Grrr

I've posted a response in the other thread. A Silca is what you want.

SKS Kompressor, sometimes see them for down to about 30 squids....

Weirdly, we also have a plastic Bike Nashbar from the US which has done millions of tyre inflations and works as hard in our workshop as the SKS!
    YMMV!!!!!
If you're as fat as me, all bikes are bendy.
