I think these would suit my sub-zero but before sending stupid money i thought id ask what you guys thought .
i ride stupidly rocky stuff most of the time but also enjoy the climb as much as is normal for an xc rider.
These need to be able to stand up to a total beating my past record with forks is VERY bad.
totally destroyed in the last 18 months
black elite

sid hydra air
broken but not dead
fox rl90

How much travel are you after?0
-
well the frames optimum is between 170mm and 140mm so ideal that but i was thinking about
120-160mm. trying to keep the front end down for steep climbs0 -
Hope you didn't put the SID on that ;-)
Certainly seems more than XC riding to me! Usual suspects are the RS Lyric, Fox 36 Talas and that Marzocchi.0 -
no no no it be almost over the bar if the sid was on it.
well i ride stanage edge three times a week !
so the bike takes a beating , its xc still but over the entire peak district so its all heavy going0
