Replacing my rear mech - Help needed please.

I managed to trash my rear mech while riding at Penmacnho on thursday so im gonna buy a new one this week and have a go at fitting it myself.

Im just wondering if anyone has got a step by step guide to replacing the rear mech or if you can provide a link to a web site that shows how to do it.

Help would be much appreciated.
