Often. Problem often with Campag is availability of smaller parts. They may only have them made for aftermarket once a year.
Remember Campag make most of their goods for the bike companies Only a small part for us and even less for repairs.Racing is life - everything else is just waiting0 -
Mmmm, where did you send them to? I once ordered a part from the UK campag service centre (based in Derby and NOT Mercian Cycles) and am still waiting. I ordered the same part from Mercian and it arrived within the week.
I thoroughly recommend Mercian. They are a Campag pro shop. I once sent my 8 speed 1996 Athena levers there and I had them back within 72 hours from sending them.
You could also try Racescene who are also a pro-shop.
Although in your situation this is a bit late. I would send the warranty centre an email with your complaint and then follow that up with a call.0 -
IME the guys at Select Cycle are excellent, just like Mercian. Turnaround on parts and warranties is usually a few days provided they've got the bits in stock. Apparently parts availability at this time of year is slow because they're producing groupsets for the bike manufacturers and having been shut for the entire month of August and are still catching up.Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0
