Do-it-all Handlebar and stem

i am looking for a Do-it-all Handlebar and stem but i am stuck i dont want to go too high bt i am willing to go second hand, about £70 for both or alittle bit more. It will be going on my mythic scirocco so it will need to be able to take a fair beating. I was thinking about an easton vice stem with an FSA FR 270 what do you think?? Any suggestions greatily appreciated.
