Raising handlebars - which stem angle?

Can I just check - a flipped 73/17 degree stem will give a higher bar position than a 84/6degree stem? Is that right? cheers.

    That is correct. The further away from 90 degrees it is the higher your bars will be (if angled upwards of course).
    Hypocrisy is only a bad thing in other people.
