First winter riding so need some tights to replace my bib shorts. Would prefer bibs as they are warmer and more comfortable. and i would like a pad in them
any suggestions? dont want to spend a fortune... are the DHBs for around £35 on wiggle the best for value for money? Are they cheaper anywhere else? are there any better for the same sort of money?

I find the DHB Bib tight to be very good, warm and comfy, and at reasonable price, highly recommended, I also use the 3/4 ones, equally as good but more for Spring of early Autumn0

Yep, I use the DHB ones as well. I find they keep me warm to about 0c. They have added material on the knees as well to keep those joints warm.
Check your sizing though as I went for medium and could not get them on. I am 5 10 with and inside leg of 32 inches and waist 30 and found that Large fitted me best.0 -
it tells me i need a small by the sizing guide so ill get a medium. Im only small...BMC TM01 - FCN 0
