Does anyone here know this Sheffield club? They train near me,but i can only go occasionally because of a very disruptive shift pattern. The only person I know who went out with them said they were a bit GungHo......

    I know the group.A couple of former cycling buddies go out with them and they are fairly chatty.I think they go at a fair rip but dont seem to gung ho.I woupld say they are more grounded than some clubs who seem snooty and alof-always sizing up yuor bike and attire.If you fancy a spin round LOxley valley get in touch via pm

    I'd hardly describe the club as Gung Ho! I'm a member and they cater for all abilities of rider. The Sunday club run is very relaxed and no-one will get left behind as the club will stop and wait for people. The Tuesday and Thursday night runs are faster.
