Rubber Suspension Seal Loose

One of my rubber suspension seals has come loose.

How is it secured? Adhesive or some other method?

Its a push fit. Push back on firmly. Air under can force it out, so jam a straw from a can of GT85 down the seal to bleed the air out as you push it back down.
