BB advice

hello there,
just a quick bit of advice please i have r/f evolve x c cranks and bottom bracket which has already worn out( they don't last long do they) any advice on a better bb alternative.
also i have learned t how to fit the bb but need a bit of help taking cranks off and fitting back.
