Edinburgh Bicycle/Protective

I asked this question before on the old C+ forum and had no response, but am still interested so thought I'd try again.

Has anyone ever bought a Protective Kashi rain jacket from Edinburgh Bicycle?

I like the look of it for commuting as it's waterproof but also looks like it could be worn off the bike should I stop at the pub or something too.
