trails in west cornwall

moved down to west cornwall a couple of years ago and struggling to find any decent singletrack with grin factor. some short sections of coast path ok. anybody know any good routes?

    Go idless woods near Truro. You keep on finding more and more routes. Few jumps as well. Mostly single track though.

    There are some tracks around between Hayle & Penzance. Only ever done them on the Crosser, so it could be a fair bit of road work in between.

    Idless as already mentioned.

    Bissoe valley from St Day to Twelveheads is a common area for riders.

    I like Dunmere Woods near Bodmin (not sure about legality here).

    A few of us have looked at taking a trip to Plymouth. Apparently nr Plympton there is a track that takes 5 mins to get on to Dartmoor.

    There is a thread on the MTB rides section that a few Cornish riders have posted on. It might be worth arranging a meet.

    Thanks for that info, been enjoying idless woods last couple of weekends. will try some of those others when it stops chucking it down!
