Hi guys i have had some rockshock revalations for about six months now and have just noticed that the negative air chamber is losing about half it's air pressure evey 2 weeks or so. is this normal or do i need to get them serviced already?

Everytime you attatch tthe pump to check you will lose air. If this is not the cause, get them serviced.

There was (and in some cases still is) a probelm during assembly of RockShox Dual Air forks.

There is an o-ring on the air piston which separates the two chambers which is (was) easily damaged on assembly - if this happens it compromises the seal between the two and allows the negative chamber to leak.

On the other hand it COULD be down to lack of use - one of the service tips in the manual is to regularly check the lubricating oil level in both legs as allowing the forks to run dry can cause the seals to dry out and crack.

Unless you are competent to do so yourself, it might be worth getting them looked at by a qualified RockShox service technician.

I had the exact same problem as you with my Pikes but a good service sorted it out!
