Non pricey bike shop near the City Of London for servicing

Went to Cycle Surgery in Spitalfields and they wanted £210 to replace the two wheels, rear gear set, chain and brakes on my Ridgeback Meteor(parts and labour). Thought this was extremely steep so are there any decent bike shops that charge saner prices in the area?
