Touring Bike Rental In the Alps

I'm going on a self supported tour of the Alps next June and rather than take my own bike I wondered if anyone knows of any places that rent decent touring bikes (and possibly panniers and racks though not essential). I will be starting and ending in Moutiers but Grenoble is also an option for the bike hire options.
