Fitting a 20mm through axel

Ive got myself a halo freedom front wheel which uses the spin-doctor hub, its currently running Qr style but i want to change it to 20mm through axel so i can run my new forks. I have the adaptors for the front hubs but i didnt get any instructions with the wheels and cant see how they fit?? Can anyone perhaps enlighten me?

    unscrew the old set up and remove the axel. position cups on each side. and fit to fork. there is nothing hloding the 20mm cups in place.

    Ive unscrewed the quick release caps on the hubs, and can see the threaded axel is it a case of gently knocking it out?

    a push with your thumb is normally enough.
