Has anybody got any advice on which XC and Downhill trails are really worth riding?

I've been once before and have ridden the usual suspects:
Pleney (+Alternative Pleney)
Chevannes
Canyon
Your Mom
Mont Chery

I can't remember the the names of the XC routes, but to be fair we hardly rode XC.

Next year I want to take my dog with me so XC is more suitable.

    She's full vacinated, Doggy Passport and The lift company have said that I can put her on the Chairlifts/Gondolas. So no reason not to really, plus she'd love it!
