Magura Julie ?

hi i have Magura Julie rear brake if i pull the lever its about 1/4 before it works but then if i hold the lever in for about 2sec, it gos soft and can pull it all the way in is this normal ?
it make a noise at the lever

    sounds like you have a leak somwhere.

    i checked it all over cant see no oil how can i tell if there is a leak
