The axle belongs to the hub - only thru axle forks come with an axle.0

Sorry what i meant was- Will the 9mm axle on my 2007 marzocchi dj3 forks im getting fit a qr skewer?0

Well is your hub QR? is the fork QR? now what is the problem?
the skewer fits the hub not the fork."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Yes! the wheels come with qr skewers in them. the fork has 9mm dropouts.
I wanted to know if this Wheel and skewer will work with the fork im going to order soon. Will it? The fork is a marzicchi dirt jumper 3 2007.
Sorry for any confusion caused0 -
so they are both QR? then yes they will fit."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

well i still have not answered your question as i do not know what you have still.
what i will say is that the standard drop out for a QR fork is 3/8ths of an inch and and a standard front hub has an axel diameter of 3/8ths of an inch."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

I am buying some halo combat wheels with shimano deore hubs, which come with qr in them already. I wanted to know whether this wheels will fit correctly into my new forks that i am ordering which have a 9mm standard axle?
