dis and rear wheel trouble

right
i was at chick sands a week back landed a jump on the 4x skewif, snapped my rear mech hanger and my rear derauler went into my spokes snapping 2 and leaveing me to turn green and ripp off my shirt.. so any way got spokes fixed and straightend the wheel. put on a new chain and a mech hanger. seemed to be fine. but when i got into the 2nd and 3rd chain rings the chain kept switching to the ring below. thought this could be the new chain geting worn in? well got to collage and it seems my hope m4 is rubbbing or something it just feels very clunkey and makes the wheel hard to pedal round and it wont move. could it be the hub or spokes not set up right? my bikes a kona coiler 04 with a hope mono m4 on the rear put on about 2 months ago.
any help greatly recived the quicker the better! as i gota ride the thing home! lol
