Any ideas on frames? have narrowed 3 choices for my new frame .

Am personally in favour of another carbon frame as my Easton carbon frame never ever let me down with years of faithful service .Lots of rubbish written about cracks on carbon frame .Carbon frames rarely crack if ever and used by top cylists.

Titanium is another possibility as now cheaper and very strong and gets good write ups

Mentioned 953 possibility as younger riders say silky ride unequalled .

Oh carbon does crack as I've done a few

Tried TI and it felt like the rear wheel skewer was loose. Power, flex, flex back, power..... not for me I'm afraid.

Depends what make/model of frame you're looking at - its possible to make a floppy carbon frame or a harsh ti one. Some of the first 953 tubesets ride fairly harsh too, so a lot depends upon the skill/selection of the builder. Without naming makes, models or budgets this is a pretty aimless discussion topic.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

Oh - size, weight of rider as well as it's intended use too are pretty important.
