i am downloading a few songs from myspace to put on my D900..some of the files i download are fine and go straight in to my music with the windown media player logo so i can just drag and drop 8) ..then the rest save in to my music but with the internet explorer logo so when i click on it,it brings up loads of pointless writing :? which means i cant get them on my phone. does anyone know how to convert these files so they go in to windows media :?: ... or any other ways to save them :?:

try forcing it to convert to an mp3 by literally renaming it, say franksinatra.mp30

tryed it but it still has the internet explorer logo but with the band name under...
i have been on properties and can now open it to windows media but it still has the same logo so i cannot put it on my phone..

Are you sure you downloaded the music file and not something off the web page? What size is the file/song length?0

i just went on the bands myspace page and clicked download and then got a message save,open.... so i clicked save, saved in my music and thats were im at..
the length of the songs is roughly 3mins0
