Just ordered a Brooks B17 for my hybrid. Any views on the best way to run it in?

    Use plenty of Proofide (Brooks leather treatment) and remember to get loads underneath, as you'll get spray off a wet road.

    Then just keep riding. A saddle with a lot of proofide can be quite slippery against dry shorts so make sure you get you saddle level or you will feel that you are sliding off.
