do i need a new bike

I have a giant xtc se but i am getting more into freeride does anyone know the limits of what my bike can do before it breaks. If so I was looking at bikes like norco manik ect

    The XTC is an XC bike, which is not suitable for Freeride stuff, it will eventually fail.

    i've been riding for 12 years and still find this problem a pain in the butt, my latest bike pruchase was well thought out which was a santacruz heckler which is a 5 inch travel do it all bike i recently used it in the Alps/ Morzine and was very happy with it a lot the guides told me it was a very good bike for out there (Morzine) and i find it works well a home too, my advice is to test ride as many bikes as possible before you buy but five inch of travel works well in alot of areas. :D

    Get a Norco Six. Less than £800 at some places!
