I'm going to a conference based in Fuerigen, on the south side of Lake Lucerne, next April. Anyone know if the road riding around there is good? Any good loops?

Went there last spring..62 kms each way from one end of the lake to the other...but only did the north road which follws the Lake from Lucerne to William Tells village Altdorf...Village hoping(theres about 8 or so very picturesue ones) along the way is very very pleasant,The highlight is the view after emerging from a cycling tunnel to overlook Altdorf at the end of the ride..To return from the south side is a lot more difficult. You can return by train or ferry but trains charge a 15 fr per day bike fee which is just as much as the passenger fare..Its a good day trip to do to and from Lucernejc0
