Almost the weekend - when the Coiler will be stripped, cleaned and lubed - it got a tad muddy at Llandegla last weekend.
Night Ride tonight - w00tage. Not sure whether to take the road bike or the XTC though.

Don't know yet, I'll decide later (depending which of my boys wants to come along). I'm currently using a country park, late at night, when no-ones around to improve my singletrack nightriding. That said, I may just ride a loop of it on the road bike.0

Yes. Changed the front rotor to an 8", and have only just changed the original pads for EBC Gold ones. The original ones lasted over 2 years, but then, for some reason, I'm very light on brakes (Got over 2 years out of a set of EBC Reds on the XTC)

Just learnt how to give a chest examination. Now I'm tucking into a delicious cheese topped sub with ham, toms and salad. Yummeh!0
