Thanks Peejay, I should have said I'm after an older (cheaper) one. It's to build up a spare pair of tub wheels.0

roberto has large flange 36h, he's always worth a look...
have you considered something other than campag?

I'm going to Manchester up the M6 after work. Leaving here at 17.300

Damm I am at work till 10 pm I am thinking about the frame. When are you going back the other way?bagpuss0
-
Unfortunately I'm not. I'm going to North Yorkshire tomorrow and I'll be going back to Bristol via the lovely M1 etc.
I can leave it at my mate's in Manchester for collection at a future time, if that's any use.0 -
Yes Pete can you do that . Btw how much? We have not mentioned a price.bagpuss0

How about what I paid for it (£50?) plus what I paid for the forks £20 if you want them and you can have the Hayden forks back as well. The only difference from when you last saw it is that the BB in a bag.0
-
Pete . You have a deal . Please include to old forks as well . Cheers Paul .bagpuss0

OK packing will be interesting....
How often do you go to Manchester and I'll brief my mate.
Out of interest what are you going to fit the track wheels to?0 -
Pete . As a thought is there any chance of meeting you on your way back down on the M1. Say at the services at Trowel Nr Nottingham on your way back down . I only live 15 mins away . Yes or No ? Paulbagpuss0

I would rather leave it in M/C. I'll be on a smallish motorbike and I'll be "wearing" the frame and I think the novelty would wear off the longer I have it over my shoulder. Plus I've no real idea when I'm coming back.
I could post it, if you don't mind picking up the bill.
Which would suit?0 -
MOTOR BIKE     I think you had better post it me . We will sort it out next week .bagpuss0

What? I've carried whole bikes in the past...........OK, I've a box (the one too small to post Rob the Hetchins frame) and I'll be in touch next week.
and what are you building the track wheels in to?0 -
Pete. I have ridden my bike with a frame round my neck  ,but on a MC
The wheels are for a future track project . Which I am building.
Still over a man on a MC thundering up the MW with bike attachedbagpuss0 -
OK. I'll catch you next week.
