Cannondale compatable headsets

When I decided to upgrade to discs, I had no idea how much of the bike would be affected. The part I seem to have become stuck on is the headset. I currently have a Headshok Fatty and want to change it to something else, Fox, rockshox or similar. It almost definitely will have to be a 1 1/8 steerer. Does anyone know of a good conversion? I think the FSA do one called the Fat Pig Reducer and I've a feeling Hope have one as well. Have I overlooked a gem or can somebody please confirm the others?

    there are reducers that press into the frame allowing standard 1 1/8th headsets to be used.

    Be aware that the Dale headset standard is NOT the same as the 1.5 standard, very similar but NOT the same.

    Cheers, yeah that is a option. Are they made by cannondale or someone else? Would that be better than a reducing headset?
