Hi chaps,

Want to use 4 hole cleats from some speedplay pedals i might be given as my first pedals (some cast off of a friends that have about 2k miles on but tells me they have much left in them and cant recommend them enough) but need some advice on shoes that wont break the bank please?

Thanks

Will

The cleats come with a base plate which combined with shims, allows fitting to most SPD-SL/Look compatible 3 hole shoes. 4 hole shoes are few and far between and usually range toppers.

    This and this may help.
