Exposure Enduro Turbo

I currently have a Cateye 530 light for commuting on pitch black country roads and off road. It is just about good enough to see where I am going, but only so far as keeping off the curb as opposed to seeing the road ahead of me. I also get caught out off road by branches at head height that remain invisible until they are close enough to count ants.
I may be able to get my hands on an "Exposure Enduro Turbo" second hand, hopefully for £100-£150 . So the question is how much light do these put out? Will it be a night and day comparison to the 530 and light up the road/ trail ahead or will it just be a bit better?
If anyone has a lumens figure for this light or figures for the useful beam size that would be much appreciated.
