Front mech adaptors for sizing

I am building up a Cotic SOul and have hit my first snag - the Front mech I got as part of a groupset from On-one is too big - it is http://cycle.shimano-eu.com/catalog/cycle/products/component.jsp?PRODUCT%3C%3Eprd_id=845524441762914&FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=2534374302049695&ASSORTMENT%3C%3East_id=1408474395181667&bmUID=1194279740539 and has a plastic adaptor within it already (I'm guessing this is for the 31.8mm size) I need the 28.6mm size - according to Shimano an adaptor is available?

I'm pretty sure it is the last one, but if you e-mail the retailer they might send it to you seeing as you have just bought an entire groupset from them.

it should have come with all the adaptors if it was a retail part. if it was an OE part contact the supplier and see if they can sort one or provide you with the part number you need.

Buy a some beer, I reccomend Boddingtons, but get whatever you like. Drink the beer then cut up the cans to make shims, it won't save you any money but you get to drink some beer and it will work just as well.
