Hi,
Im doing a bike ride from leeds to liverpool and back on the canal with a few mates. I was wondering what sort of gear i would need for this long bike ride, since i havnt done anything far yet. The ride is for cancer research uk, all money made wil be going towards them.
This would be a big help.

I think some painkillers would be a good idea. Also some well-padded shorts and a pillow and full-suspension. And plenty of liquid and energy bars.Commencal Meta 5.5.1

well.... ive walked that route before
we did it over a couple of days obviously
just make sure your well hydrated an well fed and have a good night sleep, its a nice long ride! hehe0
