Replaced my pads and followed instructions, now when I squeeze the brake lever there is no pressure at all and fluid is leaking from the side of the brake (the side with the orange nut)

Help please.

    right what ORANGE NUT?

there are NO NUTS on the caliper.

there is NOTHING ORANGE on the caliper.

do you mean the BORE cap? that happens to be red?

like i said pictures if you do not know what it is.

If it is the bore cap then back to the shop for a sort. As new seals and a bleed will be required.

it could be red as I'm colour blind. Anyway, as said Avid refer to it as the inboard pad adjuster knob on the side of the caliper, on CRC they refer to it as the piston cap

Suppose I need to get one of these, fit and then bleed?

the ULTIMATES do not have a inboard pad adjuster. that is on the mechanical brakes.

is this in the Inboad side of the brakes?

it should be on the outboard side.

    Pics.

but if it is as i said above LBS time or a seal kit and a bled kit and tools as required.

aznd again LBS and get the seals replaced.

pictures from Srams webby are a total waste of time as there is nothing wrong with them is there. i pics of YOUR problem might show something obviously wrong.

but what the hell it is not my brakes that have a problem.

take them back to the shop for as i have allready said new seals and a rebleed.
