Project leeds are the only current importer of transition to the uk.

They are a Seattle based company and as per previous post Project Leeds is the only importer -but if you have trouble let me know as I know someone who has an alternative vendor - however the lead time on a frame is about 10 or so days (not that it should be a problem)0

Don't forget though if you buy direct from Canada or the US you will get hammered on carriage, VAT and import duty. You probably won't end up paying much less than if you go through the dealer. Plus you have the dealer to go back to in the event of warranty claims.0 -

paulf2007 wrote:I would have to disagree with you there matey. I bought my versus trigger from the states and the customs was about £60, add that to the frame price and shipping and it still came in under a grand, to buy one here was £1300
In that case, fair play to you.
I used to buy a fair amount of outdoor equipment from the US, for my own personal use and I found that each time I brought a package in it ended up with the total value being little different to what I would have paid here, after VAT and import duty.
I believe that some carriers (for example UPS and Fedex) will sort out these for you and include it in the carriage charge.0 -
i was looking at a bottle rocket not that long ago as a new frame. project leeds it the only place that distabutes the frame with limitations on colours and shocks. they cant do full bikes either. the other option is getting them from the US from offset it looks a good deal a full bike with pimpalishuse part for only 1500 BUT!! shipping the bike over and running the chance of customs taxing your gem of a deal his to great and could cost you around £3000!!! your chouse0
