If transporting beer home with bike (in a pannier) should I :
1) Try and stand up to keep weight forward so vibrating it less, for a cool smooth pint?
2) Or sit down as much as possible, to use my buttocks to damp the damaging vibrations?
3) Just put it in a rucsac (despite sweaty back) for un-fizzed beer

Would it not be safer (preventing overloading of your bike) to drink it all before you cycle home?0

Ah, the Ray Mears option! Very sensible, until I ride into the canal!
Plus it makes me gasping for a fag :oops:0 -

I like panniers but rucksacks are always best for anything you don't want bruised or shaken.0

but wiskey it is easier to transport."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Rucsac
But leave it to stand
Don't take it on the bike
And quit smoking, it's a filthy habit and will kill you

Simple - always have beer in the fridge, then you can be drinking that while the fresh batch chills and settles.Even if the voices aren't real, they have some very good ideas.0

That requires being reasonable around alcohol. :shock:0
