The PM system

Is their a known bug with the PM system?

I seem to receive messages okay but when it comes to sending them they go to my outbox and stay there.

Have I missed something?

I use Firefox if that is a consideration.

    I've just tried but it's sat in my outbox still.

    Can you see it?

    Which I can read.

    Does it work like this;

    A PM sits in your outbox until it's read, then it moves to the sent box?

    If so, that's counter intuitive.

    I encountered this around the launch time, when my girlfriend had this problem. It appears that messages stay in your outbox until they are read by the recipient, so it could be that the person you're sending PMs to just hasn't read them yet.
