Harry, top team mechanic in the 60's and 70's died on 28 October and his funeral will be at St Georges, New Mills, Derbys, at 1pm.
He was the British Team mechanic in the 1967 T de F and was with Tommy Simpson when he died on the Venteux.
Harry Hall's bikeshop in the centre of Manchester was at the time one of the best in the country, stocking continental exotica and a huge stock of spares which you could not find anywhere else.
When he was 60 Harry decided to go back to racing and won the World Age Related Champs in St Johan, the National Champs, medals at the World Masters Track Champs and he was also a good timetrialist.
He was a good bloke to be with, always willing to help out at events and be really missed by the Manchester cycling community.
