Suntour XCR Preloaded adjustment forks.

I have just bought a new Saracen Mantis with Suntour XCR 'MG' Preloaded adjustment forks i am not sure how to set them up. I want to set them as stiff as possible for road riding, but i am not sure how to do this. Can anyone help?
