Just completed a Calais to Nice trip in 9 days @ 740 miles. I used the Michelin site to provide an overall route (www.viamichelin.com) and then used www.bikeroutetoaster.com to map this route onto my Garmin Edge 305. It all worked like a dream apart from the odd bit of off-road / unrideable track (added by Michelin for some reason and always in the afternoon). If anyone would like the route or further details please email me. I have made the routes public on bikeroutetoaster as well so can email either course or actual map info. I saw absolutely no rain, little strong wind, lots of sun and only 3 Cols (nothing above 1500m). I will be resting for a few days. Regards, Harry.
