Any on know of any good rides in or close to Birmingham?

    Which end of brum do you live?

    Cannock Chase, shed loads of trails and waymarked "follow the dog".
    Wyre Forest is worth a blast.
    Closer in, Lickey Hills, Clent Hills and Sutton Park.
    Some do take a bit of exploring to get the best out of them though!

    It depends how far you want to go...

    Go for a rip, there are a few bridleways over there.

    We used to do a combi run between the 2 centers and get a fair run through the place, watch out for families at the weekends tho!

    Do you drive?
    Because theres loads of bridleways over clent you can link in, with a nice pub, and some interesting offroad/road bits to get a decent length.

    OS Explorer 219 for Clent and 220 for the Lickeys, you might want to check tho!
