what should you use to lube your forks???

ideally a drop of fork lube onto the seals (as in the stuff that goes inside the forks on the manufacturers websites) but any good quality wet chain lube should be okay. Just put a drop onto the leg and let it run round the seal, pump and wipe the dirt line off, then repeat until no dirt comes out of the wipers. That usually keeps the wipers wet enough to stay supple for me.0
