Actually Selling advice

I managed to get hold of a Santa Cruz Superlight for a very reasonable price - it was a case of the right place at the right time. Quite reasonably my wife has insisted that I therefore sell my Trek Fuel 90 - it has a Thomson stem, Easton carbon seatpost and Bontrager carbon bar. It retailed at £1200 18 months ago. It's in great nick and well looked after. The question is - my friend wants to buy it and I'm wondering what a fair price would be?
