dmr sidekick 2005- steerer tube sizes

Getting my ten year ltd edition dmr sidekick frame(2005) built up and I have seen some manitou stance static 2005 forks on ebay. Thinking of buying them, but it says it has a 1.5 steerer tube, but im not sure if this will fit my frame. Will it?

Secondly, it says It has a qr dropout, and a 20mm thru axle. This cant be right. If it does have a 20mm dropout, do i need to get a special hub to fit the axle, or are there other options?
