Hey dudes,
well i done it i brought a carrera fury as the hadrock hydro disc would just take to much upgrading to get good so i sold it to my dad (his ammaco had seen better days! haha), it hasnt arrived yet, should be tomorrow bargain of the year i think!.... anyway i orderd some FSA k-force carbon fibre bars. just wondered what stem i should buy. i dont want to mess with the geo much just want a light strong stem that will take the oversize carbon fibre bars.
any advice welcome
thanks dudes

If you haven't got the bike yet, wait until youve rode it to get an idea of wat the stem feels like. If you like the feel, get a similar sized stem. If you dont it will give you an idea of wat size you would like.
As for wat stem im not too sure. What is your budget? Do you want a carbon stem? If not possibly consider the on-one 2006 stem or a Titec Hell Bent RIP 3D stem. Both under £30 and have got good reviews0 -
ive got a budget of about £60
yeah i hear what you are saying about riding it 1st, will probably be the sensible thing to do, i just know it will drive me mad seeing the lovly carbon bars just sitting there in all their glory!
anyway still any suggestion on makes/ model wouls be appreaciated.
