I have set of welgo's v12 copies and i have snapped an axle in right one would a dmr replacement v12 axle fit? they look the same from pictures of the net but are they the same size? i would like to save the cost of buying a new set of pedals as they have had very little use and are still in very good condition.

there is a good chance as welgo make the DMR's. ask DMR.

  • thanks for the advice i checked and they are the same except that the DMR axle is shinier and i ordered an axle and a nut as the previuos axle had snapped within the nut. I put the axle in and it fits perfectly but the nut will not fit on the axle. i managed to get the nut of the old snapped axle and that also did not fit. the thread on the crank side is correct and screws into the right hand crank like it should the thread at the nut end is the opposite thread to this is this correct and if so why doesnt the DMR nut fit?

use the nut that came with the axel kit.

as they might not be the same on the pedal. they have been known to have normal threads as original.
