Removing Square Taper Bottom Bracket

How do i remove it? ive got the tool and ive taken off the pedal arms.

    fit the bb tool and undo the non drive side first.

    there is a vidieo on the home page or have a look on parktools for the dirctions to turn the tool as one side is reverse thread.

    If the tools falls out, hold it in place with a crank bolt, if that don't work then you'll have to use your other hand to hold the tool in place.

    Use the wheels!, put them back into the frame.
    I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

    i have the wheels in the frame already :roll:

    but it wont undo ive tried litterally just, just like nick said but it wont undo

    Probably fused to the frame. Try soaking over night with a penetrating oil. If that fails take it to a bike shop.
