I have a GT Aggressor 3.0 Hardtail, basically a dead cheap sub £200 quid bike. Was out on my first proper red today and noticed that shifting gears was painfully drawn out and rattled something terrible.
My bike's cleaned regularly and is fairly new so there is no wear and tear problems. Anyone reckon the main problem is that my bike and it's components are just cheap?

Sounds like the cables have stretched a little (quite a normal thing)
