Handsome dog frame,any good!!!!!

Hi all,
I am looking to purchase a cheapish frame for commuting and also winter riding. I came across the Handsomedog xc 03 frame 2007 for £119.99.
This seems really cheap, does anyone own one or know anything about them. I know for £120 i aint gonna get the best frame, but is this any good,
