Aztec dual compund pads are great, especially in the winter when it gets wet. I believe Wiggle sell them.

mmm not sure, they fit my Ultegra holders so I'd imagine they'd be fine.

So I can afford to buy a proper dream machine... a Pinarello Prince. Sold the Wilier on monday.

Can anyone tell me whether I need Shimano or Campag repalcement pads for a set of Tektro RX40 calipers.0

I bought Shimano blocks with the shoes - Swissstop - Awesome.
If you buy the Shimano shoed Swissstops from Wiggle, they're only a few quid more than without the shoes.
I'm led to believe that Tektros are essentially Shimano copies, and that the diff. between Campag. shoes and Shimano shoes is the bolt length - can anyone confirm this?
Anyhow, the Shimano shoes fit my Tektros, and therefore by proxy, Shimano blocks.0
