Rockrider 6.2 or Carrera Vulcan?

Following some helpful advice from an earlier subject, I've come down to a choice of these two bikes.

Just want a budget bike for he country paths and bridalways near me as an alternative to my roadbike.

Tending towards the Rockrider as it has full suspension. Vulcan is £225 and Rockrider £250.

Any helpful thoughts from anyone???????

i would go for the vulcan, a mate of mine has got one the only change he has done is the forks to marzocchi drop off 150mm (too much) the suntours what are on are not bad..it is a nice looking entry level bike !

You'll get a better hardtail for that knd of money and it's not as if you will really need rear suspension on the kind of terrain you are on.
